Andrew M^cInerney

Andrew M^cInerney, known as ‘Mac’, is the CEO at GPAS Ltd. Following a 25-year career as a Royal Marines officer, he helped build and operate an international development consultancy delivering major change programmes across some 37 countries.

In response to the Covid-19 crisis, he re-joined the public sector as a civil servant, becoming regional Chief of Staff for Public Health England, leading the transition of regional teams into both the UKHSA and DHSC Office for Health Improvement and Disparities.

Mac, a committed ‘servant leader’, has a passion for building teams and for delivering positive change, so is hugely excited to join GPAS Ltd at the start of its exciting journey.
